In this talk I’ll give an overview of our work developing frequency comb sources and spectroscopic techniques from the XUV to the MIR to address a number of scientific challenges.

Wyant College faculty, staff, and students had an exciting sight this morning when the SmileyCrane arrived to lift and lower the box that will hold a 6.5m primary mirror. This rings in the first use of the MegaPad, built alongside the new Grand Challenges Research Building.

Wyant College is pleased to welcome Associate Professor Florian Willomitzer to UArizona. Florian is now in the process of migrating his Lab at Northwestern University to Wyant College. His research lab is working to build the next generation of 2D/3D computational imaging and display devices that overcome traditional limitations, e.g., in resolution, speed, or dynamic range.
