Pairs meet monthly and are provided with discussion topics and check-ins throughout the process to ensure positive and impactful relationships. Our goal is to cultivate relationships that increase confidence, build resilience, and foster a sense of community among women and gender marginalized populations in STEM. Mentor training provided.
