Position Highlights | The James C. Wyant College of Optical Sciences, University of Arizona is seeking to fill a Postdoctoral Research Associate position. Candidates should have a strong background in experimental photonic and phononic microsystems. Desirable skills and background include: knowledge of classical and quantum optics, knowledge of classical and quantum acoustics, experience with microfabrication, experience with RF MEMS, experience with characterization of photonic and phononic microsystems, and an overall strong background in experimental physics. The candidate will work under the supervision of Prof. Matt Eichenfield at the University of Arizona, along with a team of graduate students, postdocs, and scientists with theoretical and experimental backgrounds, in topics surrounding photonic and phononic information processing for classical and quantum applications.
